AP Microeconomics CED Resource Alignment

Welcome back everyone! I hope you all had a great summer!

Now that everyone has had some time to look at the new AP Economics Course Exam Description, I decided I should create a resource to show you how the ReviewEcon.com resources align to the new CED. I decided to start with micro and I will work on Macro next. If you have any feedback, hit the contact link at the bottom of the page!

Macro Labels Game

I didn't forget about Macro!

Some of you may have thought I forgot about Macro when I made a Micro graph labels game, but I swear I did not!

Here is a Macroeconomics graph labeling game to make sure you know those tricky Macro graph labels. Give it a try and tell me what you think!

Micro Graph Labeling Game

A new review game!!

I’ve been so busy converting all the old flash review games to the new html5 format and writing the Total Review Booklet, I haven’t had much time to make new review games.

Well that all changes today!

One of the easiest points to lose on the AP Microeconomics FRQ’s is properly labeling your graph. Here is a 10 graph (82 question) review game to test your knowledge and ensure you know how to label every graph that is likely to appear on the exam. Check it out and let me know what you think with the contact link below!!

Bye Bye Flash!

Bye Bye Flash!

Several months ago I was blindsided by a Google Chrome update that deactivated flash by default. This update left many of the ReviewEcon.com games and activities unable to load. So I have been working hard to re-code all of the flash games and activities into html5 format; which is compatible with modern browsers including mobile devices.

Today I finished re-coding all of the graph drawing drills. And now, all 57 review games and activities will work on mobile devices and desktop browsers that don’t support flash.

Now that that’s out of the way, I can focus on making some new content!

All Games are now Mobile Compatible!

All Games are now Mobile Compatible!

Over the last several weeks I have been working feverishly to convert the review games on ReviewEcon.com from the much less supported flash format to the more universal html5 format. I have now finished all of the games and only have 10 graph drawing drills left. Within a week, I expect all games and activities will be fully converted so that students will be able to study from many more devices.

3 More Review Games Are Mobile Ready

3 More Review Games Are Mobile Ready

3 more games have been converted to html5 and they are ready to play before your upcoming final exams. These include the two most popular games on ReviewEcon.com; the Important Micro Points, Prices, and Quantities game along with the Micro Graph Shading game. In addition to both of those the Cost, Revenue, and Profit game is ready as well.

I hope to have the rest of the review games ready by the new year!

All macro review games are now mobile compatible

Over the last several weeks, I’ve been working to convert the flash review games to html5. Google Chrome as well as some other browsers have made it more difficult to use flash making it necessary for me to get this done.

Next, I will focus on the Micro review games before I move on to the graph drawing practice. Wish me luck! 🙂

Lots More html5 Games

Lots More html5 Games

I’m still working to convert all those flash games to html5 so they can be used on mobile devices and in browsers without flash enabled.

This time around I finished the rest of the games regarding fiscal and monetary policy. The newly finished games include Bank Balance Sheets, Money Multipliers, The Money Market, Fiscal and Monetary Policy Sorting, and The AS/AD Model.

Get to studying and good luck on your next exam!
